Summer Day Market is family owned and operated. We just celebrated our eighth year in business on Marco, however the health food store has been on Marco for much longer. We do our very best to provide individualized service to all of our customers. -
The offering in our market for gluten free patrons is not limited to what is listed. We also have many chips, nuts, seeds, nut butters and other grocery items that you may enjoy. The majority of our vitamins, herbs, and supplements are also gluten free. Please check out our great selection of digestive aides. -
Here at Summer Day we make all of our soups from scratch. Most of our soups are made gluten free. On the rare occasion that we add a thickener to our soup we try to use gluten free flours. Our chef will be able to determine if a soup is gluten free or not. -
Gluten is the protein found in wheat, (including durum, semolina and spelt) barley, malt, and rye, as well as grain hybrids such as triticale and kamut. It can also be present in oats unless specified as gluten free.
